matlab code for framing and windowing

hi all.. i am doing my final year project.. i am new in matlab.. now, i need to do the framing and windowing using matlab.. i have 4098 samples and i want to frame it in 256 points.. and my sampling rate is 173.61. i hope all of u can help me.. plz...

ooo.. thanks, i will search for it.. furthermore, i want to know how to decompose signal from the different levels and frequencies for Daubechies order 2 wavelet with a sampling frequency of 173.61 Hz by using matlab command.. i hope u will help me..
