Can anybody tell me how to perform large signal impedance matching(both at input & output) for a RF power amplifier operaing at 0.9GHz???

I think the impedance match depends on you design.
distributed or lumped.single ended or differential
you can find a lot in the book writen by steven Cripps

use the Z_source and Z_out data of your transistor and it is easy to do so!

Hi

Use the load pull and source pull data of your transistor if available.
