Hello,

I want to redesign a high power RF amplifier matching circuit to get Ideas and then modify it for our desired frequency. I'm new in electronics and especially RF. my question is, if I want to define ports for inputs matching part of the transistor, how I should do that? I've used wave guide port and since these two ports were really close together, I changed the size of ports to prevent the overlap. the results do not seem good. the S11 is near zero which means almost full reflection. Any comments?

Thanks
