Master/slave set up method and significance

Hi everyone

I want to simulate EBG structure in HFSS.

but I don't understand Master and Slave set up

Has in the hypothesis sees Phase Delay the option

Is Use scan angles to calculate Phase Delay

Is input phase Dealy

In what situation time needs to use these two to establish?

Some people have have made this kind of simulation?

How many models may give me to have a look?
