Hi all,
I have a component CS144 with 144 pin, and there are 29 of them in board.
How can I just manual rout (Fan out) one chip and copy and paste them over 28 remaining chip?
Please help
DV

Go to Auto -> Fanout -> Component to fanout just one chip and than click on
add/edit route button to enable routing mode, make a window around traces you want to copy and than copy paste with control+c and control+v.

Good luck,

Fanout is a good featuer, but I prefer it to confind it to BGA.

For TSSO, PQFP & similar fine pith component I prefer manual fanout. This largely depends on your routing style. Sometimes the routing complexity forces you to change it.

I guess autorouting & partial manual routing & cleanups gives best yield.

Good Luck
