managing blog attachments

I have just created a blog page, then I wanted to add another attachment,
now when I do "manage attachments" it seems to have failed its link.

if i try to insert image, with upload, but error is noted
404 IOError Event type "ioError" bubbles=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"

I think the blog page is now published, so is there a no further edits restriction ?

actually I logged off and couldn't find the blog, so its not published ? not sure whats going on with that ?

All blogs are subject to moderation which will be why you cannot see it yet when logged off.

Well the blog appears to be published. The forum appeared to be have issues recently.

Were you able to upload the additional attachments?

yes I've been able to add another image to the blog.
