I'm about to start a job where one of the tasks will involve running a small SMT PCB population line (solder paste screen printing machine, component pick-and-place machine, and oven).
They are going to provide training, but I would like to be prepared and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get some decent information about general operations and problems that I need to watch out for.

Anyone have experience? Any tips? I think a lot of the focus will be on running it smoothly, efficiently, and as cost effectively as possible.
