Making power transformer using ETD 59 ferrite core

I want to make transformer using ETD 59 ferrite core (frequency 20KHz). The equation is attached for calculations. I have question that how to determine the (Ac=core area in cm2) for ETD 59 ferrite cores.

From katalogue Ac=368mm2 and you have to recalkulate for cm2....
