Making ICD2 programmer/debugger using USB!!

Can someone tell me how to make that kind of device?

I think that that was just a debugger.. i need programmer too.. Have anybody made device which includes those two parts? Thanks beforehand!
 

ICD2 isn't only a debbuger. It's a programmer too.

OK.. Do I need somekind of bootloadr for PIC16F876?
 

Yes you must have bootloader in 16F876. All further information you will find on this forum. Use search to find creazyduck's topic about building icd2 clone.
