Make component in LTspice

Hi
Do you know how i can make a single component out of the attached LED string?...we are using loads of them in the sim and its taking ages to run.

I'd take the LED .model and scale Vf and Rs by *N (string #),
as a start. Same for the (Schottky?) diode string. Then one
diode of each, referring to the customized models, done.
