Can anyone send me the Magma Training material which can be useful to understand Magma concept.
I will also wish some Magma labs taken by experts.

There is a book called "logical effort" by Ivan Sutherland, Bob Sproull and David Harris that talks about the "gain cell" or "super cell" concept. Magma's synthesis engine uses them to meet timing and what not. Sorry dont have an e-copy of that book.
