I have some antenna violations in my design. antenna diodes are not there in my library and also these antenna violations are present in the top layer. so no diode insertion and jumper insertion as of nw is possible. any solutions?

i am following magma flow

antenna violation fix

I think you ca n try jogging to a layer below...

antenna violation on top layer

dear dude,

Adding reverse diodes, or using jumpers or jogging are only three possible

ways to fix antenna violations.

fix antena violation

hi

maku sure tat those nets r Signal or Pwr&Gnd

if those r Signal nets ,to resolve it do Jogging if not possible go 4 Layer Hopping

i hope u got me

hi amruth,
Wat is layer hopping? is it same as jumper insertion.

Also i heard we can import cells from other libraries and use them by merging into our libraries. i am came across two commands 'run library merge' and 'run library update'. but i am not able to implement it. has anyone tried it?

thankz

Hi Amruth,
Can u tel,Wat is “Layer Hopping” ? How this help to fix Antenna Violation?

Santu,
Can u tel d reason,Why we are prefering Only “reverse diodes to fix Ant vio” ??
