Can Machine learning algorithms assist in suggesting new Baby names?

Separate input dataset for all the male and female existing names.

Entity Category : Person First Name.

Note : Every Person Name has a meaning.

Thanks & Regards,

I suppose the appeal is in the idea that the program mimics an uncanny ability to 'think up' suitable names soon after we begin talking to it. Therefore Artificial Intelligence might come into play as the algorithm picks up patterns in a user's responses. As time goes by it might build a collection of people's psychological profiles, cross-referenced to names which they favored. In that sense a machine could appear "intelligent".

It's obvious the program needs a vast database of every name in the world. Each name needs a few descriptive tags attached, such as:
* gender, ethnicity or nationality, one syllable vs many, dignified vs whimsical, namesake vs unique, famous vs infamous. Also its meaning in pertinent language. Etc.

In early development a human needs to examine all data items in order to add proper tags to each name. As time goes by an algorithm can examine for any relational characteristics and store them too.
* Example, similar spellings, real people vs fictional characters, markers pointing out a name is also that of a famous criminal.

So the program asks "Do you have a first choice priority for any characteristic?" User inputs "Famous astronomer." Program displays a list of famous astronomers, and multiple checkboxes: "Male or female names? Nationality? Few letters, many letters?"

Rhyming options could be included. Anything the human programmer dreams up as one of many factors toward selecting a name.
