in the LVS dialogue, there are 4 choice box, rewiring, terminal, device fixing....

if I choose terminal ,no error occurs

if I do not choose terminal, there will be errors , cadence cannot distinguish different terminals and so some size erros occur

would this layout ok? and how to solve this kind of problems?

what does the 4 choose box do when we do LVS ? what kind of combination of the 4 choice box make a reliable LVS ?

thank you very much!!!

Hi

U should select both Rewiring, Terminal and run LVS.

Have fun with Layout

Usually you should select "Terminal".
Choose "Rewiring" may help to find the discrepancies, but you should check the result to see if the rewired number is zero.
