hello friends
For signal conditioning LVDT normally we go for AD698(Universal signal conditioner). Here an in-built excitation voltage is available for exciting primary of the LVDT. signal conditioning is done throgh sensing the primary and seconday voltage magnitude and phase.
my doubt is.. Is it possible to give an external excitaion voltage for LVDT and do the same signal conditioning using the AD698(analog method) or any digital technique.
i am trying to develope the functioning of the singnal conditioner using Digital method(using DSP).
please help me out

Thank you

regards
Anand
