In a LVDS transmitter, whats the advantage/disadvantage of using all NMOS switches over 2 NMOS and 2 PMOS switches?

Thanks

Here are some ideas from me:
1. Same turn on resistance, nmos transistor size is smaller than pmos, which adds load of predriver.

2. Different turn on speed of pmos/nmos, difficult
for predriver timing. For the body effect, up/ down
nmos also behaves a little differently.
