Lumped port simulation :Problem with simulation with HFSS 13.1

Here is the error:



HFSSDesign1 (DrivenTerminal)
[error] Port refinement, process hf3d error: Too few conductors were found on port 1. There should be one conductor for each terminal, with one additional reference conductor. Unintentional contact between conductors may cause this error.. (12:34:05 AM May 08, 2011)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (12:34:05 AM May 08, 2011)



this shows some port problem. here goes the file. please have a look.

How to solve that error?? i have same problem
 

How to solve this problem? I have tried to mesh the port face based on length of elements, but still unsolved. Looking forward to get your answer. Thank you!
