check the "3G Evoluation Lab- LTE Toolbox and Blockset" library for Matlab and simulink by Steepest Ascent. It has uplink/downlink support with 14-day free evaluation license...

Hi diana,

Please see my post above for Steepest Ascent's "LTE Toolbox for Matlab & Blockset for Simulink" - I guess this is what you want. It has Uplink support for both the TDD & FDD modes. Here is the link to the download page : http://www.steepestascent.com/content/default.asp?page=s2_10. There is documentation, demos and videos to help you get going easily.
