Can anyone come across this sop-8 chip which is not available locally in my area. Is there any replacement one available please let me know.

Two unclear points.
LT1498 is no instrumentation amplifier, just rail-rail OP.
What's the meaning of 30 mA spec? It doesn't apply to LT1498 in any way.
