LSM303DTR accelerometer-magnetometer documentation not clear

Hi,
Doesn't any one tried double click/single click in LSM303DTR ? I am able to do it some how by trial and error but I don't know why ST is not providing a good user manual or documentation regarding the registers. I could find only this https://www.st.com/web/en/resource/technical/document/datasheet/DM00057547.pdf pdf which is not well documented and very difficult to understand and always need a trial and error to make some thing work.
Am I missing some thing?

The manual seems pretty clear on registers. What does not work? the I2C fast mode? at 400kHz.

Hi,
It is working fine. But I am unable to understand the datasheet because of limited documentation. For example, TIME_LATENCY, TIME_WINDOW, TIME_LIMIT, ACT_THS, ACT_DUR etc is not explanined properly so that I need to do trial and error to make it work.
