LPC2129 and CAN protocol

I need to do simulation of lpc2129 with CAN protocol..
Is it possible to do simulation?
If so, which software and how?

Need to simulate the attached block diagram..

Engine controller and driver controller used are lpc2129 (arm7)
Can anyone suggest a simulation tool to simulate this block diagram..
I guess its not possible to simulate in keil ..
