LPC2114 problem- how to deal with undesired reset

LPC2114 PROBELM!

I use LPC2114 and meet some problems.I found it also reset unwilling.How the LPC2114 reset I/O works,I read the pdf from www.nxp.com about LPC2114;but I found nothing about it .
How can i deal with it on my PCB to prevent it RESET unwilling.

I use SP706TEN as my watchdog IC.
