LPC1768 ARM COMPILE in ECLIPSE in UBUNTU V12.10

I am new to eclipse Ubuntu to compile LPC1768. Please give step by step procedure to get hex file..

do you want to know how how to generate hex file in eclipse using linux platform(ubuntu 12.10 specically)

I got the Hex file using arm tool chin....

could u please tell me how to Install debugger for LPC1768 using JTAG.
