hi every body

how wmuch lowest vdsat possible can be used in analog circuit design?

If you operate the MOS in subthreshold expect 2-3*VT. So about 50-75mV. If the supply is for instance 4*Vdsat you can have 2*Vdsat as signal operating range for a complemetary output stage. Most threshold voltages are higher so you can expect muc more than 50% of the supply as signal range.
