You'll get your board with a free, unlimited c-compiler, all datasheets and so on!

Really a good deal, I checked the boards at the embedded systems2002.

hi CCD,

the m16c evaluation board includes two c-compilers:
1. tasking : limited to 16kB code size
2. mitsubishi : limited to 4 months usage

on FM you'll find unlimited mitsubishi

The M16C is about 3 times faster then the 16LX with same clockrate. And there is a monitor debugger included, the 16LX comes only with a simulator. Anybody has experience with the Toshiab MCUs?
