Hi,
I need a Low Voltage ISCP PIC programer to program a 16F876 / 16F876A. I need this asap for a project. Preferably somthing simple to build.

Any help will be very much appreciated

You should visit www.stolz.de.be There you can find project for Low voltage programmer for pic. It's very simple and works like charm.
