Low voltage drop diode suggestion

Hello,
I need a low voltage drop diode.
0.1-0.2V would be fine. Current 2-3A
It will operate on 9-12V

Please suggest me a suitable type.
 

I don't know you application, but normally synchronous rectification would replace diodes if you want < 0.4V.
