I have 3.3 V mikrocontroller
I need to drive a low side power mosfet

which IR 21xx low side power mosfet driver should I use ?

What is the load you want to drive in the other side of the MOSFET? What is the switching speed you need?

And what is the current and the voltage in the drive side?

current I think less than 10 amperes
dc link voltage 310 Volts

( I will drive a IRFP460 transistor with this IC )

hi,

You can use low side diver from IRF like IRS4427.

hello , can I use only low side driver of IR2113 ?
becouse IR2113 if commonly available in electronics shops in my city

Yes you can use IR2113 it will work fine.
