Hello,

I'm looking for a power MOSFET with an integrated driver.
It should have very low RDS.

Any recommendations?

What specifications ? ( such as voltage / current / frequency of operation )?

Hi.

voltage should be around 15V.
current around 15 amps.
The frequency has yet been determined - but it won't be very high.
