is it mandatory to make out put inpedance of low noise amplifier is 50 ohm
 

50 ohm is not compelling. capacitor and inductance are used for the aim that convert output impedance to 50 ohm.
 

i think that depends the input impedance of the next stage, you can play matching techniques to make it match, not necessarily 50ohm.

Iam using buffer(source follower) at the out to give 50 ohm match,but it degrading the linearity.is there any method to design high linear buffer
