i am confused to which touch screen is good for beginners as well as it can look good if place on any project. as i don't have any idea regarding these displays.

Touch screens are not displays. They are like keypad placed on GLCD or TFT. They are transparent. Buy 4 wire resistive touch screen.

Think its more a case of finding a touch screen and display that has a library for the compiler you are working with.

These low cost 3.2" ones are supported with Arduino and Raspberry libraries.

If you use mikroe compiler then it has library for touch screen, GLCD, and TFT.

Seems the code exists for those devices, perhaps contact this company and see if they supply one, cannot see them listed in their products folder seems odd they would do a tutorial if they did not have the parts ..

i want to interface this with 8051 , PIC and lpc2148 also to shows some keys, enyet text and numbers, show some pictures.

memory is 8051 is not sufficient, you have to use external eeprom to store the graphics data.
