low cost power transistor of VCE 250V

Which one is low cost power transistor...I am now using TIP47 for 250V, its price is 0.6$, so please tell me low cost power transistor.

The price and availability varies from country to country. You will have to tell us where in the World you are to get a meaningful answer. For example, here they cost about $0.75 but have about $30 minimum order value!

For India, I checked Element14.com and found -->THIS LINK
..along with many others in range 250 to 400V Some 400V have lower prices because of sheer volume sold.

There are other distributors, like RS Components, Mouser, Digikey and more. This should not be a problem.
