Loop response of Type II compensator

Hi. I am designing a Type II compensator using https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/an-1162.pdf?fileId=5546d462533600a40153559a8e17111a. Equations used are shown below. But when I plot the Bode plot of the compensator and compare it with the Bode plot attached in the application note on page 13, the gain seems to be 30 instead of 0 dB at the crossover frequency. Is this normal?

Page 13 is showing loop gain, Fs is loop unity gain frequency. You are plotting compensator gain which is only part of the loop gain. Review application note more thoroughly.
