Hii everyone!!!

I am an electronics graduate and have very sound knowledge of VLSI engineering and VHDL coding. My major project was also VHDL based. Please guide me about how to start my career in this particular domain?? What are the particular companies which hire freshers for such roles and candidates which are not from IITs or NITs????
