also, there is a a book...called (Analog and Mixed-Signal Modeling using VHDL-AMS) under the VHDL category here:

also there is :
The System Designer's Guide to VHDL-AMS (The Morgan Kaufmann Series in Systems on Silicon) (Paperback)
by Peter J. Ashenden, Gregory D. Peterson, Darrell A. Teegarden
2 Publisher: Morgan Kaufmann; Bk&CD-Rom edition (September 4, 2002)

VHDL-AMS is a simulation language for simulation of mixed signal systems (not only electrical systems but also thermal, hydraulic, .....), I used a mentor graphic product called System Vision but it was not that so good. But if you want a start tutorial try to find the tutorials that come with System Vision it will clear a lot about this language and how to use it.
Of course this language can not be used to implement anything on a FPGA (as it is not dedicated for digital systems only)
well, try to search for it on the board
if not then do as yasser said
work with tutorials and manuals of the tool u will use
if you know already VHDL then it will be so easy
but if this is ur first time ever, then u must begin with a book
