I need Tx-Rx pair 400MHz BW 2kbits, 100 meters

Take a look at ready made modules for 433.92 Mhz that offered by some companies - Telecontrolli for example. Cheap enough and save a lot of time and effort.

On this site U can find a lot of good books for this pourpose...don't use monolithic modules, you'll loose all your fun!
