Looking for Timer Module - please help

Looking for Timer Module

Hello,

I am looking for a ready made "Timer module" which will show time in Hour:Min:sec format once turned on....... It can be paused with external pulse.

I have searched a lot on google for it, but I am getting ICs and RTC for it but not readymade module

I want the ready made plug n play module for my project...........
Kindly give me some links for the same
