Only a question... I Can't understand..

Hi,
You can visit "www.selcoproducts.com".
I think thermal fuse with product no. STC208 will be of ur interest.
It has a blow off temp rating of 98*c.

cheers,

I will try to design with proteus simulator.
Are you ready to give me some point ?

Look this forum for my design:

I have multiple uses for a temp controlled
switch, so I wrote a small AVR to read a
LM335Z temp sensor (using ADC) to control
a relay.

Can send you the code if you want.

Best solution!!!

Use Dallas DS1620 solid-state thermostat You don't need uC + sensor only DS1620 and power switch!!!

This chip have on-chip E2PROM and you can program switch-on and switch-off temperature with 0.5C deg from -40 to 125C.

This means that you have programmable temeperature hysteresis.

You can drive power switch direct from DS1620 output pin.

This works well and you can download source code examples from Dallas f*p site.

You can make own programmer using PC paralel port or use Dallas DS1620 development kit.

This is pure hardware solution and it is very secure.
