Looking for the reference of the attached circuit (frequency comparator)

hi,
I used the circuit as shown in the attached file. It is a frequency comparator based on a PFD. The problem is I need to write the reference source of this circuit for a study. If you know any paper contains the circuit please tell me the title.

Don't know if this can help:

A similar - but not totally identical - PFD is available in the CMOS 4046 PLLs (Phase comparator 3 (PC3)), and described in detail in the respective data sheets of TI, ON, & Philips (now NXP).
