IR3220S

Dear Boarder,

till today i've used in some my design a chip from IRF the IR3220S for driving DC brushed motor, but seems as if the 21 of MAY will be discontinued and not replaced!!

So, i'd like to find a functional similar product to let me go on without designing my own drivers.

the IR3220S is a hi-side PWM driver for DC motor that has the low side state to be added outside thank's 2 2 mosfet.

I've found a similar that is SA56 from AMPEX but the case is too big and has to be connected with a radiator.

Can someoune give me any hints please?

thank's u all.
