Looking for schematics of (audio) babyphones

Hello,

I need a babyphone to watch my baby's room during the night.
For the moment I'm thinking that only audio should be enough.
Is NOT necessary to be wireless.
Could somebody please post a schema for me?
Also I need a suggestion for the best pieces so I can a have a quality sounds caption.

I found a small schema to build an simple FM radio transmitter(see attachment). I only need the transmiter because as receiver I'll use a normal FM radio. It should only emit for few meters , but I'm still wondering if I will break the law building this transmitter. Does somebody know which are the legal frequencies for such hobbies?
