I AM LOOKING FOR A SCHEMATCI HEX AND SOFT FOR

JTAG PROGRAMMER CALLED USB EJFLASHER

BASED ON ATMEGA8-16 CAN PROGRAM INSITU

FLASH EPROM 26DF161 AND OTHER FASL SIP EPROM

This seems to be based on the USBAsp / VUSB design. The hardware is simple - the trick/algorithm would be in the PC side software.
