I'm designing a U-NII band transceiver, but I can't find the RF IC for that band, eg. Diplexer, PA, VCO, etc. Who can help me?

You may found many IC for UNII band in w*w.hittite.com.
Diplexer ? Do you want use Full Duplex in this band ?
Good diplexer is very expensive!

Good luck!

Yes, I do use some RF IC of Hittite, switch, mixer, etc.
but what about VCO and PLL ?

Sorry for late response! I am not offen to check my email.
Hittite HMC430, 431, 358 VCOs cover freq range from 5.0 to 6.8GHz.
(Or you can try freq multiplier then you can use VCO at lower freq.)
then use deviders from Hittite (HMC 251, 362 ......)
For PLL ICs you can find one from NSC, Fujitsu, Infineon, Philips......
Those Devices are only for refrence there are many solutions you can find out !

Dose anyone has 802.11a vender's chipshet datasheet?(Like Atheros ? Intersil ? RFMD ? or envara?)

Could you pm to me Thanks!

Does anyone use SAW filters at that band?

Does anyone use SAW filters at that band?
No, There are no product use SAW filter as diplexer at this band (except IF).
Because it insertion loss is too high !
