Looking for resources on reference buffer of ADC

Dear All:

DOes any have any experience about refernce buffer design of ADC (SDM or piprlieb ADC) ? I read some thesis, they always define the OP gain , BW. and settling time.. But not more paper or thesis discuss the reference buffer ? Does anyone have good thesis or paper about this ? Thanks
