Hi,
I wonder why you want someone to upload the doc that you as a VCS user can easily "download" yourself from solvnet.synopsys.com, any valid reasons?

Also google it! I just found:

But quite a bit is old stuff, bets bet is to use $VCS_HOME/doc or "vcs -doc"
