st74a

hi
can anyone tell me a replace for this device?
i think this is a transistor but i m not sure
thanks in advance for an answer

Re: st74a

Dear Joaquim,

You'll need to specify more in order to get help.
The marking on the case could be a manufacturer's reserved code.

You should be more specific:
What case does it got ?
How many legs ?
What is the general layout ?
SMT/Through hole ?

Regards,

Pazam

Re: st74a

Hi Pazam

Thanks for your answer. The device that i want to replace has a case like a 2n2222 and 3 legs.
I ve an answer for a fellow in the forum that may be replaced for a BST74A 200v n-channel.Thanks for your intressed in help me

Re: st74a

Dear Joaquim,

The way you describe the component and the marking upon it imply that it is Philips BST74A transistor.
If you have any clue of what the circuit does, see if an N-channel D-MOS transistor fits.

In any case I've attached the data sheet.

Good luck,

Pazam
