looking for PXI boards for Modulation analysis

Hi, I am looking for PXI compatible hardware for modulation analysis of I/Q channels with the option of constellation view. I found RF vector signal analyzer from NI (http://sine.ni.com/apps/we/nioc.vp?cid=11534&lang=US), which looks great. However, before buying it, I wanted to double check if there are any other good companies that offer the similar type of hardware. Also, there'll be a need in PXI Digital Oscilloscope.
I would appreciate any oppinions and advices.
