plss tell me a program that i can use to see the *.pcb files

One of them is protel (p r o t e l).
but PCB format may have diffrent types.

Hi,
I think most of the pcb layout designing softwares support .pcb extension. You can try any of those such as ExpressPCB , PCB123 etc.
