I'm looking for a valid program file of the Spectrumdigital XDS510PP eeprom.
Can anyone read it out?

Thanks, I have them, but I think they don't work correct. With the sdconfig tool I always get the message
ERROR >> Invalid EEPROM checksum

that's the source I built it from (was already posted here about half a year ago). But as said, there's something wrong with the EEProm file I guess

You must use 93LC46 .It has 8/16 bits mode.

You must use 93LC46 .It has 8/16 bits mode.

You can use (Holtek Semiconductor Inc.) HT93LC46 or (Microchip) 93LC46.
Don't use Atmel 93C46 or other .

I already found the error after a debugging session and it was indeed the wrong eeprom type. My distributor did send me a sub without notification and it was a 16Bit only type . Now everything is fine

I got quatation from USBID for SMC34C60. 17$ each and 500$ minimal order.
For SN74ACT8990FN another jober wants 29$ in qnt. of 26 minimum.
Did somebody see another more attractive prices?

for me is hard to find SMC34C60 so I`m making it on CPLD, but I want to know is there any sense to making this schematics ??

I did not understand there is 93LC46 with 8 or 16 bit in XDS schematic

In schematic it has 8/16 bit mode(ORG) tied to GND. So there is 8 bit organization. Am I right?

You're right, whe the ORG pin is tied to GND the 8 bit organization is selected.

Be carefull that the eeprom do you have supports both organizations.
Some 93LC46 are 16bits only.

I made one last night.

do you have the working eeprom file and the GAL file? Please email both working files.

I made it last night and it is not working, I will try 8bit tonight.

How do you debug this thing? if not working?
