Looking for professinal receiver with IF output!!!

In my research work,I need a professional receiver that with the following features:
1. 450KHz/455KHz IF output;
2. Can receive AM,SW,FM broadcast signal
(AM:522KHz--1620KHz;FM:87MHz--108MHz)
3. High sensitivities;

By the way,can anybody tell me how to test the Modulation Rate,Carrier Level and Carrier Frequency with this kind of receivers. Especially,I don't know how to test these parameters in stereo FM mode.
